Nobody gets through life completely unscathed these days. There are countless issues that we all need to face in our lives and quite often, an outsider’s perspective can be invaluable in helping to resolve things. I’ve been helping people confront and overcome their issues for around thirteen years in person, in print and over the airwaves. I’ve come to realise that quite often, honesty is all it takes to give somebody that nudge in the right direction.

There`s no magic wand here, I am just a guy with an opinion - and some issues take longer to resolve than others. Sharing your problem though is, more often than not, a vital first step on the road to beating it. Whether its bereavement, infidelity, a lack of self confidence or any one of the myriad of situations that people come up against, I can certainly help you put things into perspective and advise you on on how to work through any issue.

You can email me in complete confidence at confession@trentsound.com and I’ll give you my view, and perhaps the view of my listeners, on where to go from here. I don’t want specific details about your life or any information that can be used to identify you. Just the basic facts about what’s wrong and we’ll take it form there.

Depending on your preference, I can publish your problem on our 'Sound Advice' webpage or include it in one of my weekly radio shows. Either way, I can promise that sharing your problem with others can be a huge help.
